The Savoir Faire Company was founded from a vision to be a bridge between corporate excellence and sustainable social impact.
The Savoir Faire Company was incorporated in March 2025, domiciled in the BVI to consolidate the consulting and charitable projects undertaken by the promoter and chairperson, Lata Gullapalli.
Lata Gullapalli is a british citizen, resident in London and is an investment banker, consultant as well as a chairperson and non executive director on multiple boards.
Mission
The Savoir Faire Company with a mission to drive impactful change whether is is via courses taught or charitable projects or mentorship and consulting.
To equip leaders with ethical frameworks that drive sustainable growth with impact.

About Me
I, Lata Gullapalli, am an investment banker by profession, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. I have worked in investment banking for over 25 years in South Asia, Russia and the U.K.
I am on five boards of companies, both commercial and not for profit, as Non Executive Director , and am the Chairperson as well as on the audit and remuneration committees for one of the companies, that is listed on the Nasdaq.
I advise companies on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructure and capital raising. I have designed products for raising capital. I have set up and run start up companies, devising strategy and funding for them. I have led teams to enter into joint ventures and taken a company public with an initial public offering.
I am an author, with award winning published works, in fiction and nonfiction. My work has received excellent editorial reviews. I am currently writing a long novel.
I have an education in corporate law, financial strategy, taxation and economics, among others. I have an MBA from INSEAD, in France.
I am on the board of a Trust focused primarily on education for underprivileged children and young persons. I am also advising on the restructure and rebuild of the institution which through its 300 plus schools and 26 or so institutes, focus on underprivileged children and young persons.
I am on the board of a Trust and have been running a programme for the mentoring of women entrepreneurs in rural areas in India which is also being taken to other countries. I have also have designed and instruct a course on DEI and sustainable change for universities in Jordan.
I am working on rolling the mentorship program over several countries soon.
I am passionate about reaching out and helping underprivileged including and not limited to women, children and young persons to find their own strength and power to go off and do what they dream about, whatever that may be.
I am a speaker for mentorship of women in senior leadership roles.

About Me
I, Dr. Asmahan Majed Ahmed Altaher, Director of Savoir Faire Company
Dean Faculty of business administration and financial Sciences in Aqaba University of Technology.
Dean of Student affairs for 3 years, in Applied Science University.
10+ years of experience in higher education sector as professor at university level.
A President of youth association for 6 years.
Participated in many national and international conferences, as a keynote speaker.
Writer in Al Rai newspaper.
Not only being the Chair but also being an investment banker, I am helping the company with fund raise as well as setting the governance standards that are essential to make it part of the global corporate community.
Am conscious of bringing in the new and developing standards of board working as well as building the pipelines in the company to bring in and build new human resources for the company’s future.
Mentoring senior management for leadership roles in several countries.
Setting up and running the INSEAD mentorship program for the UK for about 7000 alumni.
Designed a diversity course and teaching it in universities in Jordan. Each university has about 7000 students. To be rolled out to other countries in the region as well.
Speak regularly at Women’s forums and at events in the UK and abroad.
